When you purchase a CEBS® Study Guide, you’re granted access to an interactive practice exam, one of the building blocks to CEBS study success. This study material helps you prepare for the CEBS exam by providing you with an overview of course content. You’ll become familiar with the same types of questions that appear on the national CEBS examination—the straight-answer type and the “all EXCEPT” type.

Many people wonder how many times they should attempt the practice exam. We recently surveyed Online Study Group With Instructor Support students to see how many times they typically access the online practice exam for a course in the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS) designation. Below is a summary of their study habits.

Most learners report taking the practice exam two or three times. The number of times you take the CEBS practice exam is completely up to you since you have unlimited attempts!

Each time you submit the practice exam, you’ll see a results screen. Be sure to review the feedback for each question and course material references to assist you in further study for questions you answered incorrectly. You’ll also be able to view a detailed report that provides you with an overview of results by question type and by question.

Practice makes permanent. With every study session and practice exam attempt, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re increasing your CEBS exam readiness and building the knowledge and skills that will bolster your career as a benefits professional!
