Could you share a story about how you prepared for your CEBS exams and applied what you learned to your work?
“I found the online study materials and practice exams very helpful while studying. The Online Study Groups With Instructor Support—with instructors who are also practitioners—were especially valuable, as they applied classroom learning to real-world contexts and organizational challenges, using examples and case studies to reinforce the course content.
What resonates with me most is the practical learning approach, which inspires me to stay current on emerging trends and seek opportunities to innovate benefits programs that continuously evolve to better support employee well-being and engagement.”
Could you share some insight about how pursuing your CEBS demonstrates that you are a lifelong learner and an expert in your profession?
“Earning the CEBS designation demonstrates my credibility and expertise as a well-rounded benefits professional, making me more marketable in a competitive field. My employer recognizes the value of the CEBS designation, which enables me to serve as a strategic partner to the business and influence decisions regarding benefit plan design, administration, delivery, vendor management and governance.
Pursuing the CEBS program reinforces both practical and technical knowledge, helping graduates prepare for the job market and positioning them for success as subject matter experts.”
Could you describe how earning your CEBS designation has supported you in your role and professional growth?
“As I mentioned previously, earning my CEBS designation has enabled me to demonstrate my value to my employer, who recognizes my contributions and skill set. I’m proud to share that I was promoted shortly after completing the CEBS program to my current role as manager, benefits and wellness. I strongly believe the CEBS program helped prepare me for this next step in my career by expanding my professional knowledge and skills.”
